Same offerings, one story to hang them on
GoodFlip had programs, devices, labs and an AI coach. Each one was explained on its own. We agreed on one framework, Eat, Move, Mind and Measure, then built the landing page on it.
tl;dr
- What
- One framework for everything GoodFlip offers, and the landing page built on it.
- Why
- The offerings had no story tying them together.
- My role
- Research, alignment, and the design of the page.
- Result
- One story that connects every part of GoodFlip for the user.
Context
GoodFlip is a metabolic health platform. Programs for diabetes, PCOS, fatty liver and weight. Doctors and coaches. Lab tests, a CGM, a body composition scale, a smart ring. Diet, exercise, sleep and stress tools inside the app. A metabolic score. KAIRA, the AI that reads all of it.
All of it works. All of it was introduced separately. So the visitor had one job: work out how a glucose sensor, a diet plan and an AI chat add up to better metabolic health.
That is a research task, and nobody does research on a landing page. People scroll, miss the thread, and leave thinking GoodFlip sells a lot of things.
The thread was already there
I started with . One question, carried to every side of the company: how do you think about metabolism?
- Users, on what they came to fix
- Leadership, on where the company is headed
- The medical team, on what decides metabolic health
- Marketing and sales, on the pitch people respond to
- Product and stakeholders, on everything that already exists
Four answers kept repeating, in different words. What you eat. How you move. How you rest and recover. What you measure.
“EM3” is Eat, Move, Mind & Measure.
These four words were already the model behind every program. Nobody had written them down. Once the company agreed on them, every offering had a place to sit.
KAIRA sits across all four. She reads your food, your movement, your rest and your numbers, then hands you the next step.
This is the sorting a visitor had to do in their head. Try it:
everything GoodFlip offers
The AI, in the pile with everything else.
The page
The landing page tells that story in order. The problem in plain words. EM3 as the answer. Then each pillar, with the programs, devices and tests that belong to it.

Impact
Same company, same offerings, one story. EM3 is now the order the team uses to explain GoodFlip. Anything built next has to answer one question before it ships: which pillar?
The conversion numbers for this version aren't in yet. This space stays empty until the funnel data lands.
What I learned
Alignment is the deliverable, the page is the proof. A story that holds comes from inside the organisation. You listen to leadership, to the experts, to the frontline and to users, and the words are usually already there. The real work is getting every function to agree on them. After that, the design is almost easy.
